TIMELIFE: DRUGS
This Time Life book was designed in having a different outtake to the stereotypical ways people portray the subject of drugs. I wanted to present drugs as something beautiful that nature and mankind created together. As you flip through the book, it is meant to imitate as you are going through an acid trip, as the color changes. When you first receive a bouquet, the feelings you experience are of ecstasy, happiness, and pure joy as your brain releases dopamines. You feel good about yourself and feel like you can conquer the day if you set yourself to it. You can also get this exact same feeling with drugs. This is the correlation I drew when deciding the symbolism of flowers would be the drugs themselves.
Thank you!
